Together with Penfield Digital, we professionalized our marketing platform. Right from the start Penfield Digital's team acted as a passionate group of specialists who guided us to the desired situation. Within 5 weeks Salesforce's Marketing Cloud was implemented and the were the first campaigns running. We're currently running multiple campaigns and journeys in the marketing cloud. In the meantime we are working towards enriching marketing channels and data sources to further increase our conversion rates.
