Creative Mail | Native Salesforce Email Marketing, Mass Email & Email Templates

The perfect solution for our not for profit

We have been using Creative Mail from the Salesforce AppExchange for a few months now, and I honestly cannot rate it highly enough. Over the years, across different roles and organisations, I have used almost every kind of email platform, including HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp and Constant Contact. While many of them have great features, they can also be very expensive, overly complicated, or not particularly user-friendly. I came across Creative Mail one night while searching the AppExchange and decided to give it a try. To be honest, I thought it might be too good to be true, especially after trying so many apps that have not quite delivered. But a few months in, I can confidently say Creative Mail has been fantastic. The email platform itself is incredibly easy to use, which has made such a difference for our charity. It is cost-effective, simple to navigate, and does exactly what we need without making the process feel overwhelming. The customer service has also been outstanding. Truly 10 out of 10. The support we have received has been responsive, helpful and genuinely impressive. For any organisation, especially a charity or small team looking for an email marketing platform that works well with Salesforce, is easy to use and does not come with a huge price tag, I would highly recommend Creative Mail. If you are looking for an email program for Salesforce, don’t look any further.

This app is great for sending mass emails, its very intuitive and easy to work with. It has great analytics to see exactly what our customers are engaging with. They have incredible customer service as well. Highly recommend.

Great Customer Support

We've only been using Creative Mail for a couple of months and I love it. It's an easy to use app that even I can do:) I use it to send communications and program updates to our donor base. And when I've had any issues with using it, their customer service is great and super-helpful. Each time, their instruction worked the first time.

Super easy to use + amazing support

Creative Mail has been such a great tool for. It makes building sleek, professional-looking emails really easy, and the templates come out gorgeous and responsive without much effort. I also love that you can download the HTML to use in other tools when needed. The Salesforce integration is seamless and having the app right inside Salesforce makes it simple to spin up templates for Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and it works really well with MCAE. Their support team deserves a shoutout too! Anytime I’ve had a question or ran into something, they’ve been incredibly quick and helpful. Overall, it’s an easy-to-use, pretty tool that just works and makes emails look great. Highly recommend!

Easy to use and works well with Salesforce templates and list emails. The Salesforce integration has been a game changer for us.

The app is easy to use (uses Wordpress styling) to make responsive and aesthetic emails. Jay from Code Jinn helped point me to documentation when I had trouble using it at first. I highly recommend this completely free app! I do wish that the merge fields were easier to find. If the merge fields were left-aligned and searchable that would be a great improvement.
