Katie was great and kept us up to date at all times re: the status of our implementation. I just don't feel that I was adequately informed on the front end about how long this project would take. I paid for licenses that weren't used for well over 6 months, which was a significant expense for a small business.

Insight Powered is very helpful and finds solutions to just about everything we throw at them. Caroline is extremely dedicated to problem solving and fast responses. We appreciate her so much!

With working with Insight I have mostly worked with Josh Smith. His keen eye for detail in asking the right questions so he is certain to know what we really need is impeccable. He always asks where we are wanting to go with any updates or processes and to me that is extremely valuable because I feel if he is trying to learn the "big" picture he is assured to understand our needs. When something doesn't seem to be working correctly or I don't understand the expectation of a process when I reach out to him I get a response within the same day. One major piece is he is consistent in his process and what he does. I can trust when he says he is working on something it will be done within the time frame specified and any feedback I provide he thoroughly listens and explains why it's that way or he fixes it. And on one final note - he is personable and friendly. Some times when working with developers and IT folks I have been talked down to and not treated like a person. Josh is very respectful and personable. The journey we have taken over the last year has been tough, however, he has made it so much more tolerable.
