Keyrus had great communication throughout the project and stuck to the budget. It has been great working with their developer on our mobile app enhancements.

They listened to our needs, established a project scope that aligned with our budget and timeline, designed a solution that met all of our needs, were consistent and proactive in their communication, and demonstrated flexibility on numerous occasions. We came to Keyrus as an existing Salesforce customer after struggling to get Sales Cloud off the ground with a different integrator for 6-7 months. We were in a really bad place and not happy with Sales Cloud compared to our prior CRM, but after switching to Keyrus, what a night and day difference it has been! All the Keyrus employees are highly professional, they communicate effectively, and they are always willing to go above and beyond. Most importantly, they are willing to think "outside the box" and create custom solutions that we didn't even know were possible with the prior integration company. Keyrus has totally changed our perspective of the Salesforce product, and we would highly recommend them to any business, large or small. With Keyrus, you will feel like they are an extension of your business, and they really care about making your business better. They don't just go through the motions.

Keyrus is a an excellent company that I highly recommend. We initially onboarded with a different company, CloudBlazer, and it was a horrible experience and we wasted literally 6-8 months on a failed integration. We switched to Keyrus and it' been a night & day difference. Rick, Minsha, Kelvin and everyone on the Keyrus team is very good at what they do.

Working with Keyrus was exactly what we needed for our transition to SalesForce. Our organization came in with an existing process and database, and we needed to be able to translate that over to be usable in SalesForce. SalesForce is powerful out of the box and can be overwhelming, but our Keyrus reps were confident that we could build what we needed. Because our needs were so specific, I worked hand in hand with a dedicated account rep who not only helped us adapt our process to SalesForce, but also trained me along the way so that I was learning how to manage SalesForce to make changes and updates when we were on our own. They were also very patient and flexible when came to scheduling and feedback. I am not only confident with what we have, but I also have an understanding of what we can do moving forward. I don't doubt we will continue our relationship with Keyrus for any ongoing needs and support we have with regards to SalesForce. I highly recommend them for your project.
