Overview

Automatically create Salesforce records via a loaded image or file using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. This app supports 7 standard forms: Driver's License, Passport, Permanent Residence Card, Pay Stub, Form 1040, Form W2, & Schedule K1

  • This app uses OCR technology to parse the text from a loaded image or file and populate standard or custom fields on a Salesforce object.

  • 7 standard form types are supported: Driver's License, Passport, Permanent Residence Card, Pay Stub, Form 1040, Form W2, & Schedule K1. Custom form types aren't supported at this time.

  • Simply select a form type and create a mapping from the form to the Salesforce object and fields. Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Case, and any Custom Object are supported.

This app gives you the capability to automatically create a Salesforce record by uploading a file or image using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Technology. The app will scan the loaded image or file and parse it into fields on the record. Only these standardized forms are supported: Driver's License, Passport, Permanent Residence Card, Pay Stub, Form 1040, Form W2, & Schedule K1 Please note that it is a prerequisite requirement to download the Einstein Playground app from the App Exchange and to be added to the Einstein Intelligent Form Reader Pilot.
