We engaged MavenMule last year to help us transition from managing our membership data in spreadsheets, with no real ability to track or report on anything, into a proper Salesforce environment. Maven also helped us automate key processes such as payment tracking and membership card generation, and we are currently working with them on developing automated letter generation. We have worked with MavenMule for over 10 years, starting with our initial CRM implementation for the membership department and continuing through many phases of collaboration since. Beyond automation, they support us across the board, from process automation and data cleansing to analytics and reporting. Key deliverables include automated payment slip generation and mailing for over 100,000 members, automated processing of incoming member payments from bank statements (matching payments to member profiles, activating memberships, and generating tasks for card printing), adapted to handle both domestic and international formats, several membership campaign automations, and automated quarterly reporting. They also successfully delivered key integrations, including our webshop and our ticketing system, both essential for keeping data consistent across platforms. We're now working with them on automating recurring membership payment collection and have no doubt it will be delivered to the same high standard. We run on NPSP, and what stands out most is that MavenMule consistently thinks one step ahead, proactively suggesting improvements rather than just executing requests. This partnership has significantly reduced our manual work and helped us move toward using Salesforce as the central source of truth for all membership data.
