The project proposed solutions/deliverables vastly improved once more seasoned contributors joined the team. At project start to about mid-point, we had more junior resources that were not providing effective Salesforce solutions for more of our complex processes. We believe this has been remedied but incurred a loss of time and progress. Suniti and Hans have been open, receptive and have actioned on our feedback to date.

We hired BeIntellignet to provide training to new recruits with minimal SFMC experience. They provided a high level of experience and were able to provide on-going training and resolutions to our specific set-up. We now have highly capable Automation Specialist who can run the day-to-day business.
