The Challenge: FILES that are attached to records by an internal user are only visible to internal users by default. Experience Cloud users who have access to the same record do not see the files attached to that record as a result. Our Solution: We address that gap by making it very easy for your administrator to update file visibility for experience cloud end users. We do this with clicks, not code! Advantages for Businesses: 1. Share file attachments within records with community users 2. Easily request for changes to the record criteria based on your current business needs 3. Easily update the file attachment visibility based on your organizations changing needs and future requirements Advantages for Administrators/Consultants: 1. Easily set record criteria for which record(s) and therefore file attachments are visible to communities 2. Retroactively bulk update file attachment visibility based on criteria 3. Retroactively reverse the file attachment visibility and remove the criteria Product Roadmap (Future - Safe Harbor): Ability to generate csv files of all files and their current visibility
