Overall, the salesforce CRM and implementation by ibirds team, the CRM is functioning smoothly and our day to day operations are running well. This is a genuine review based on my experience working with the team. First of all, hats off to the development team. Umar and Ateet were extremely supportive, cooperative, and patient throughout the entire project. The successful go-live of our software is largely because of their dedication and willingness to understand our requirements, even when there were multiple discussions and revisions. It was a pleasure working with them, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment. I would also like to appreciate Deepika. She was always approachable, supportive, and guided us like a friend whenever we needed assistance. Her positive attitude made the overall experience much smoother. Since we come from a non-technical background, we explained all our requirements in simple, layman's terms to Chandrika. However, the developers were working strictly based on the BRD (Business Requirement Document), which led to some confusion because a few of our expected requirements were not clearly captured in the document. I had even mentioned this over email, stating that I had read the BRD six times but still found it difficult to understand because it was highly technical. I signed off on the BRD believing that it included all our requirements, even though I could not fully interpret the technical language. In my opinion, the project delays were not due to the developers. The developers followed the BRD exactly as they should. The issue was that some of our business requirements were either not documented clearly or were difficult for a non-technical person to identify in the BRD. My only suggestion for improvement is that the BRD should be written in simpler, more business-friendly language so that clients from non-technical backgrounds can understand it clearly before giving their approval. This would help avoid misunderstandings and reduce the chances of delays or requirement gaps. Overall, I sincerely thank the entire development team, especially Umar
