The project team was excellent. We had a complex project and an aggressive timeline. The project team effectively communicated with all levels of our team, collected and analyzed requirements, proposed effective solutions, quickly and effectively built out our org, and set our users up for success.
They did not fully meet the requirements outlined in the SOW and we needed to have our internal developer fix code that did not work properly. They communicated well but needed a lot of guidance. The level of development expertise did not meet the requirements of the SOW. Shift7 did not understand the requirements and went forward without reviewing them with the internal IS team.
Shift7 has been more of an extended member of our business team versus a consulting business partner. Their attention to detail and business acumen has resulted in a commerce system that will serve us for years. They provided unique and relevant injects to our processes and were extremely flexible with our highly matrixed organization. Shif7's DNA is comprised of business experience, problem-solving, wicked smart technologists, and Salesforce ninjas.
Partner was hired to help increase our engagement with email campaigns, and we have more than double our engagement and click thru rating.
The Shift7 overcommunicates on the project status and has demonstrated real partnership as we've collaborated on the full scope of our project. There are Salesforce related unitended positive outcomes based on the features Shift7 has presented. I feel strongly about our long term partnership with their team.
