Specifically designed for the insurance broker, this app allows you to Create ERISA Wraps/SPDs, Sec 125 Cafeteria Plan documents, Form 5500s and Federal Notices for any client. During installation you complete a mapping spreadsheet to relate your Salesforce data with our data model. Then click the CXC Compliance button from the Account record, select the type of compliance document (ERISA Wrap, Sec 125 Cafeteria Plan Document, Form 5500 or Federal Notices) you wish to create, review the form that was prefilled using your data. Complete any required data that is missing and Submit to CXC for processing.
