Conexus knows the product very well and took over from an "agency" that couldn't overcome some technical issues, which Conexus did. Overall, I am very satisfied with their implementation and oversight.

Conexus came in at the last minute when our contracted partner disappeared. Conexus were able to assess the situation, develop a plan and course of action. Conexus fixed our issues in a timely manner and then picked up the development (of emails) and take our project to completion. We had weekly meetings but we stayed in touch more often. Overall very pleased with their level of commitment and will continue our partnership with Conexus.
