The team at iOCO took great care to ensure all aspects of the design and planning were sound and aligned with our business objectives. All challenges experienced during the course of the implementation were not the doing of the consultant, but they were robust in their approach and sound in their advice. The team's collective knowledge on Salesforce capabilities allowed us to make quick, yet good, decisions when faced with severe roadblocks during the implementation phase. This allowed us to complete the project within the timeframe and budget which almost never happens. This is a huge win Some of the key success factors that I have noticed within the team: 1. Constant flow of information between the various stakeholders from the implementation team to the business. We always knew where we were at any given time during the project life cycle - We were always well prepared for a variety of outcomes and never caught off guard. If there was a problem, no matter how complex, or who was to blame, it was communicated immediately and a plan was setup for us all to work toward a solution. 2. Individual team members take responsibility for their deliverables and will never push accountability onto others. This is a remarkable quality that very few teams have. 3. The shift from project to post implementation support was smooth with very little bureaucracy within contract negotiations.
