Unable to install at all

This is the error I get when trying to install this in any org, sandbox or prod The requested package doesn't yet exist or has been deleted. If this is a recently created package version, please try again in a few minutes or contact the package publisher.

Data access

I have created a new permission set (Manage Bots) and gave Customize Application, Modify Metadata, and Manage Bots. But still, the users are not able to see the data in the reports.

Seems Helpful - Access Issues

Seems really helpful at first but after Installing the Package for All Users and granting every permission short of Salesforce Admin Access (Manage Bots, Customize Application, AND modify metadata) only System Admins can view the data associated with these reports. I'm at a loss for what to try in order to give data access to our stakeholders.

Only working for System Administrator

It worked well for the System Administrator but all other users get 0 returns for all reports regardless of dates. We have other reports that accesses Einstein Bot data which work fine so not sure what permission is missing for these particular reports. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The app was installed for All Users. The user's profile has access to all the Customize Application, Modify Metadata and Manage Bots. Are there any other suggestions to get this to work apart from being a System Administrator?

Is there a possibility that the package was installed for the System Admin profile only and not all profiles? I might check this during the installation process.

The data that powers these reports requires the following permissions: Customize Application OR Modify Metadata OR Manage Bots. More information can be found here: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_einstein_bots_performance_dashboard.htm&type=5&release=230

Interesting Reports, but they don't seem to show recent data

After installing the package with these reports I've noticed that they don't seem to show recent interactions (as compared to bot Events Logs), but instead those from 6+ days ago. I'm not sure if this is as to be expected, but it makes the reports useless.

Hi Brandon, I'm having a similar issue at my org. Did you get a resolution on this? Thanks for posting!

Hi Brandon - this should definitely not be happening - the metrics are updated every 5 minutes so you should definitely be seeing recent interactions. Please reach out to your account team so we can get this resolved for you. Thanks.

Can we have a manual on how to analyze the reports?

The reports seem great, but we had a few doubts on how to analyze them. For example the "Value" column - what does this number represent?

Thanks for the review. The "value" column represents the number of occurrences of the event. (event being a dialog opened, session ended, confusion detected etc). For the last 30 day reports, therefore each row represents a day and the value depicts number of event occurrences per day. For the Daily report, each row represents an hour and the value depicts number of event occurrences per hour. If you edit the report, and add the column (e.g Metric DateTime) you can see which day the value corresponds to. Hope that helps.
