Kander Consulting does an excellent job of asking questions that provoke the business to consider both short term and long term aspects of their potential processes. This approach helps the business to recognize true organizational impact of proposed projects. In our case this meant delaying the start of a project in order to get dependencies in place beforehand - ultimately providing a framework for better success once implementation begins.

Kander are an important and reliable partner for us and were brought on board to provide the expertise that we lacked in house. The setup and implementation of ResourceHero and MarketingCloud were both successful and involving Kander in workshops to understand our processes and business meant that we got the maximum value whenever we had questions as it limited a lot of the explanation time.
