Thanks to the addition of videos to our processes, our Superintendents and Project Managers receive detailed and daily video feedback from Job Sites. This insight has allowed our team to more accurately track progress, production rates, cost, and progress billing. In addition, our Internal Quality Control Specialist can review every job daily with more detail, while not adding daily travel, saving nearly 1k miles weekly, and increasing oversight.
