When reflecting on my experience with this consulting partner, there are several key points I would like prospective clients to know: Challenge: The challenge that prompted the need for our expertise was to streamline and enhance the case management process for our client. They were facing difficulties in efficiently handling customer cases, resulting in delays in response time, lack of proper tracking, and inadequate communication with customers. Salesforce Products Involved: We utilized various Salesforce products to address the client's challenge, including Case Management, Email Templates, Apex Triggers, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Public Groups, Sharing Settings, List Views, Web-to-Case functionality, Custom Reports and Dashboards. Outcomes and Value Added: Through our collaboration, we successfully achieved the following outcomes and added value to the organization: Creation of custom fields, record types, and a support process tailored to the client's requirements. Implementation of Classic Email Templates for case acknowledgment, queue ownership, escalation, and case closure, improving customer communication. Development of email alerts triggered upon case creation, assignment to a queue, and case closure, enabling timely notifications. Automation of a process that triggers emails when a case is created from the web, acknowledges the case based on specific conditions and sends an email when the case is closed. Establishment of queues, assignment rules, escalation rules, and sharing settings on the Account and Case objects, ensuring efficient case assignment and escalation management. Creation of custom report types, reports, and dashboards to provide comprehensive insights into case metrics and performance. Enablement of Web-to-Case functionality and email forwarding using email to Case, facilitating seamless case creation and data capture. These enhancements and optimizations have resulted in improved case management efficiency,

They have been extremely knowledgable about the platform. They have demonstrated the ability to understand our organization quickly, and design solutions that meet the complexity of our organization. The primary challenges we worked with Concentrix to solve was surrounding email process optimization, standing up a Welcome automation, email builds, and creating SOP’s for some of SFMC’s more advanced tools. Creating a Partner Enablement tool from scratch in Salesforce Community was the project that the team completed with grace, patience, knowledge, and skill. They gave me a solution I will showcase for years to come. From weekly meetings to 1:1 sessions, to just taking the time to walk us through issues, I never felt belittled or less than others, and I was always heard. We became a Project Family that I will never forget! The strength of this team was amazing! The project team was excellent. The thing I see with Concentrix is that they want to complete the project and move on. I feel like they would be well served to have a Customer Success Department for ongoing work and/or challenges that the clients that implement face post implementation.
