It has been amazing to work with this company! They utilize hours responsibly, provide great work that needs minimal testing feedback, and are prompt in responding to any of our needs. We purchased a bucket of hours to work on improving our use of Nintex Docgen in our Salesforce org. Haley has been our Solution Specialist for this project, she has by far surpassed all my expectations, provided us with more complex ways of designing the background to make the front interface/user experience better than I would have thought was possible. She has even worked with Nintex support on our behalf to overcome some bugs in our package and to ensure we have the latest upgrades possible. The project has gone so well we are purchasing another bucket of hours to make them our development partners on other projects we have in the queue. With complete confidence I can say I have never worked with a developer that has provided me wtih UAT content like Haley. She listens to my needs, makes a plan to accomplish the task, implements it, and provides me with UAT that is exactly what I asked for. It almost makes testing boring because I can hardly find errors. It's not at all what I'm use to and I really appreciate having a partnership that doesn't need all of my focus. I couldn't be happier with our business relationship and I hope to continue working with this company for as long as possible.

My organization worked with Kemisoft to implement their KemiCard solution for our membership program. Upon our first conversation, they assessed our needs and were able to clearly explain how KemiCard's features fit our use case and provided a demo. In our case, we were also working with another implementor for our Salesforce membership buildout. Kemisoft met with them and seamlessly worked out a schedule for accessing our sandbox and connecting KemiCard to their membership solution. Our project came in on time and stayed within the budget Kemisoft had quoted us. Kemisoft are also working with us on the hardware side as we are using KemiCards to track membership data, as well as facility entry and program/event attendance. This has definitely been one of our better experiences in working with Salesforce implementors. I highly recommend Kemisoft as a company. Their tech team and their products are top tier.

Kemisoft Experience w/ Trivik Rao

We are working specifically with Trivik from Kemisoft. All I can say is WOW. He has outstanding professionalism, wants to dive into the details, is consistent on delivery, and quickly established himself as a critical team member for our Salesforce launch. Apart of from his technical "chops", his soft skills mesh well with other team members and he can communicate effectively with end users, all the way up to executives. Trivik is also very flexible when it comes to the tasks we are working on, willing to step up to the plate no matter what problem we are facing. I could not recommend Trivik from Kemisoft enough.

Working with Kemisoft

We have hired Kemisoft on a few of occasions in the past 3 years. Starting with the solicitation process, Kemisoft's quotes were competitive, yet comprehensive and they were submitted in a very timely manner (on each occasion time was of the essence). The reason we were hiring a consultant in the first place was that in our (large) organization we had nobody on either business or tech side able to produce customized protocols for a Salesforce app we have been using. Once Kemisoft came aboard they impressed, again, both business as well as tech side with their knowledge, professionalism and meeting of deadlines. At this moment we are bringing to a close the last project for which Kemisoft was hired, but we are considering new projects on which we hope to hire Kemisoft again. Without any hesitation I recommend Kemisoft for Salesforce-related projects.

Let me start with some background - we're a nonprofit that used person accounts long before NPSP was available. Our environment is extremely complex, and nearly 100% custom objects, we use very little "native" functionality. We vetted multiple partners, and Kemisoft blew us away with their knowledge, experience, and business acumen. Kemisoft worked closely with us every step of the way. From discovery, knowledge gathering, developing user stories, organizing and prioritizing tasks, establishing timelines and sprints, incredible communication and collaboration, deployment, testing, and very thorough documentation. We used Jira to collaborate and communicate, and were able to develop and test alongside of them at every step. Alex, Moheb and Ranit are incredible, and their deep knowledge of Salesforce and their development skills are off the charts. We will be using Kemisoft for our future projects, and 5 stars isn't enough.
