We hired the consultancy to implement the Marketing tool Pardot into our existing and operating SalesForce application. As this is used by the Sales- as well as by the Service department, the setup has its uniqueness, tailored to our needs. The consultancy handled the implementation for Marketing highly professional, always taking our concerns and the existing setup into consideration and the project has been completed in a timely manner. Our allover impression is, that all their efforts have been driven by supplying good services rather then selling to us. We are very satisfied and we have the intention to continue working with them to constantly improve the usage of the SalesForce capacities to get the most benefit out of this software.

Previously to starting the project our Salesforce solution was used more like a database storing information about contacts and accounts using the Salesforce Classic UI. Vision11 enabled us to use Salesforce on a much broader scale including Microsoft 365 and Outlook Integration, using Activities for Workflows and Tasks Sharing. In addition they customized the new Lightning Experience and trained our staff very effectively leading to a successful, whole new CRM and Project Management Experience for our Executive Search Business.
