Salesforce Order Management provides customers a fully automated fulfillment process. The Order Management product is meant to track an order after it has been placed.  For example, after a customer places an order on a B2B site (puts items in a cart, enters shipping and payment information, clicks Submit), then the order can be tracked within the Order Management Console. Vertex provides sales tax calculations based on the ship to address, bill to address, and offers address cleansing services to ensure the correct sales tax amount is charged based on the company's origin address. Vertex for Salesforce Order Management supports Cloud, On-Demand, and On-Premise deployment options while additionally supporting global businesses through VAT transactions.
