Tres bonne experience avec notre partenaire de longue date 2Pace. Le projet aborde avait comme complexite le manque de maturite du business sur le sujet. Ce manque de maturite s'est traduit par de multiples iterations des besoins. 2Pace a pu nous accompagner non seulement dans le developpement de la solution mais egalement en amont sur l'accompagnement au business pour la definition des besoins et en identifiant les maillons manquants permettant au process de pouvoir etre exhaustif.

2Pace was an exceptional partner for our Billing implementation. We used to have a somewhat convoluted billing system as legacy, which is probably the case for most software vendors. We wanted to migrate away from this and build on a proven billing platform. 2Pace had an exceptional team with both billing business & tech specialists, and was able to deliver a working system, in production, in exactly 7 months.
2Pace was instrumental in getting our CPQ project off the ground. We have a few specific requirements, such as partners being able to request specific price approvals through the PRM / CPQ for Partner, and 2Pace was able to design a well-thought out system.
2Pace did our initial Salesforce group implementation, with both CRM & PRM in scope. The project was not straightforward as 1. we only sell through partners (indirect) and we had to tailor our instance to meet our data requirements, 2. we wanted to also use this change to revamp our sales & marketing processes. 2Pace was very helpful and knowledgeable and the project was definitely a success.
