Additional Details
Anytime Data Capture covers the creation of the 4 main SF sales objects, which you can do anywhere an LWC can go. Users may want an easy solution to quickly input data, for example a home page, and this is easily accommodated. The best feature of this app is that you can add the LWC to a digital experience, meaning users can input data quickly from a URL (saving you cost on SF licensing). Two main benefits of this free app are ease of use and the ease of access for users inputting data. An Administrator can also control which fields are shown to the user during creating of each object. This is done through tweaking field sets from this package on each of these sales objects (Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity). The field set names correspond to the first picklist field values for each object creation flow in the LWC. For example, let's say you want to create an Account. Only one picklist field is shown after selecting the Account. Fields are shown (from field sets you can configure) based on the match between the user's first field selection and if it matches a field set. The default field set is shown during creation if a field set is not matched to the picklist selection.
