Does this tool allow downloading an email message and attached documents?

Hello, I've installed the free version on simplePDF on my org (Enterprise Edition) and today my users received the below error : "Hmm, that didn't work. Check your internet connection and refresh the page. If the issue persists, ask for help with this error: Received exception event aura:systemError from server" We noticed there were a lot of images in preview PDF. So the user removed some and the issue have been resolved. Is there a limit in the count of pictures to upload ? Could you please also display more explicite error messages if possible ?

Promising but getting an permission error if user is not Administrator

Has anyone else this experienced this issue and know how to fix? Users that are not Administrator in Salesforce are getting this error: Error when generating PDF: An Apex error occurred: System.VisualforceException: common.apex.runtime.impl.ApexExecutionException: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTITY: insufficient access rights on cross-reference id Apart from this the SimplePDF looks a good solution for creating PDF´s. We manged to take complex template previously setup in Conga as Word template and ask Gemini to restructure it as Salesforce Email Template for SimplyPDF to use for constructing the PDF and it completed the PDF creation, sending out email and filing the document on Opportunity record very well. The only issue is that error regular users (that are not Administrators) are getting when initiating the SimplePDF screen flow button.

SimplePDF support came back to us with useful comment. Following their good comments, we found the issue, it was folder permission. Gemini gave these instructions to fix and we did this and now its working . Fix the Email Template Folder Access This is the most likely cause of the INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTITY error. If the email template is in a folder that isn't shared with them, they can't "reference" it to make a PDF. In your screenshot, click the Email Templates tab at the top. Find the template you are using for your Opportunity PDFs. See which Folder it is in (e.g., "Public Email Templates" or a custom folder). Go to Setup > Email > Classic Email Templates (or Lightning Templates depending on where they are stored). Click Folder Edit next to that folder. Ensure it is set to "This folder is accessible by all users" or explicitly share it with the Sales Agent Profile.

It works perfect

Let you use an email template already created in HTML or with Email Template Builder and even the package has already included a flow to use in an action for a button, creating a PDF directly from the account record, just clicking in a button.

Unable to get border in table While Generating PDF

We have requirement of create table format in Product's template Object. Using source we created the format although it shown in Email Template HTML values with border, but when we try to preview and download in Simple PDFs, that template not show any table border in output. Is there any solution to get borders in simple PDFs. We have emergency , it will be great if you suggest solution

Smart, Simple solution to generate PDFs

It is easy to use, especially to create pdfs via flows and process them. Two adressed questions to the support team were answered fast and reliable. Definitely recommend!

Terrible Product, use another as this one doesn't work

Install was easy but could never get a pdf generated. Preview showed document but kept getting error when trying flow. There is no support to help you.

Decent product, but now I'm having problems creating the PDF's

Installed per instructions, worked nicely. Several months later after install I'm getting this error when selecting the custom button from the object: Error when generating PDF: An Apex error occurred: System.EmailTemplateRenderException: INVALID_ID_FIELD: The supplied whoId is not a valid ID: Also, the PREVIEW SIMPLE PDF on the Simple PDF object does not perform, and will not return a value when the record is inserted. Its as if the Record ID cannot be found. Thanks

Hello, I would like to create a pdf which has parts that are shown conditionally. So if a field value is true on opportunity, a text should appear on pdf. Is it available? How? Thanks Janos
