Installation Agreement####DataConnectiva is listed in Salesforce AppExchange and can be downloaded from the AppExchange portal itself. You or your company can download the application and install it in your test org or your production organization directly from AppExchange.####Licensing Agreement####DataConnectiva is licensed as an org-wide subscription which is billed annually depending on the contracting agreement. Subscriptions cannot be shared or used by more than one user but can be reassigned. Your subscription to DataConnectiva license does not include the subscription of the Salesforce service. If you wish to use the Salesforce service, you can contact Salesforce directly by visiting their website www.salesforce.com. DataConnectiva allows integration of third-party providers, but is not responsible for their services. The subscription cost does not include any cost of those third party providers that you are planning to integrate with DataConnectiva. Users need to directly contact those providers and get their service before integration with DataConnectiva.####DataConnectiva license would be solely used for your internal business purposes and shall not license or sub license, sell, resell to any third-party other than to users. You shall not modify or copy or create work based on this product or build a competitive product or service or copy any ideas, features, and functions on this application.######Third Party Providers####DataConnectiva application is not responsible for any downtime with the third party application that has been integrated and any issues related to those providers needs to be handled by the users directly with those providers. DataConnectiva does not warrant any third party providers or any of their products or services and any exchange of data or other interaction will be solely between you and such third-party providers.####Subscription Termination####DataConnectiva provides an annual subscription depending on the user license that you purchase. For canceling a subscription, your or your company should give a minimum of 45 days notice to the DataConnectiva company as the same as to be updated with Salesforce.####No Warranty for Third-Party providers####DataConnectiva makes no warranties of any kind for any of the third-party solutions that are integrated with your application. We don’t warranty or guarantee for these third-party services for their reliability, quality, error or defects, suitability, and availability. DataConnectiva provides a platform to integrate these providers but its individual responsibility to directly work with them for any of their services they offer.####No Liability####In no event shall DataConnectiva have any liability to you or any user for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages based on lost profits , however caused and, whether in contract, tort or under any other theory of liability, whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
