I worked closely with Theresa for 7 months as part of a multi-phase Salesforce project, crossing Sales, Service, and Marketing. My role as a delivery manager intersected with the project manager role on a daily basis. I found Theresa to be a great partner, visionary, and advocate to ensure the success of my project. Theresa was very generous in her guidance, resources, and time to advocate for the best outcomes. In the roll-out of our project, it has been noted as the smoothest large-scale rollout that I and other Salesforce professionals had ever seen. That speaks to her diligence in the smallest of details to include advocating for an MBM (minute by minute) that proved critical to a successful go-live weekend with very few technical hiccups and even fewer delays across a 5-day deployment.
