In Field Service Lightning there's no quick and easy way to manage time off for large numbers of technicians. Instead, admins and managers who need to create time off for a large number of technicians need to do that one by one. This tool allows a quick and easy way to schedule time off for many technicians all at once in instances like: - Closing down one or more territories for a holiday - Blocking entire workforce calendars for training or company meetings - Preventing booking of appointments on holidays in advance
