Can be better
Pros: -Already build package managing the public holidays for each territory -Create absences automatically against the technician related to the territory -Simple to use for end users -Free package Cons: -Managed package, not possible to make any customization -Need to create the same public holidays multiple times to relate it with each territory, which is a pain -If a technician is related to 2 different territories, that technician will get 2 times the same absences of the same day. -If a technician is added to the territory after the assignment of a public holiday on that territory. The technician won’t get the absences records for the holidays previously created.
