This whole team lives and breathes the profession! They worked around our restrictions on timing (we are a small, seasonal company). They were super patient and always available on our schedules. This met my primary goal of minimizing disruption to the business during the build and implementation process.

Empodio knows FSL! These guys are great and I couldn't have been more happy with our FSL Implementation. Empodio has a very well rounded team and was very thorough from the beginning. Specifically, we engaged them to implement our FSL for 20 technicians and several Territories. They were able to come in and set the system for us to grow into. They ran a full blown UAT with our technicians which were very pleased to partake in the design and configuration of the mobile components. Empodio did several customizations for us around chat, inventory, mobile flows and scheduling rules. The way we are able to close work orders now with the mobile close work order flow they created is top-notch. It includes consumption of inventory and also allows us to create cases for provisioning devices and setting up billing upon close automagically. This is by far the greatest add to our workflow were we used to enter all of these records manually via a phone call or chat. I will also mention the organization they have in a project is very good. The team leverages BAs and a PM in junction with Technical Experts very well. They are also constantly learning about Salesforce and have a lot to share in terms of creativity. I would easily recommend Empodio for you FSL project.

Empodio is extremely knowledgeable in Field Service Lightning. During a recent project they were very responsive to the customer’s needs and built an FSL foundation/solution that will be scalable as the company continues to expand. They are well versed in FSL as well as attentive to customer’s needs and challenges.

Empodio has been great to work with. We hired another Salesforce consultant who did not work out and left us in a bad position. David & Alex of Empodio were able to quickly learn the mistakes the previous consultants made and get us on the right track. In a very short time period they had fixed the issues and began creating the workflows we wanted. They are also very responsive and willing to create SOP's for our team to follow in the future. Any time I have an off the cuff question or need they always come through and get it completed.

Empodio quickly learned our business process and explained how we should leverage FSL to all stakeholders in terms we could understand. They easily worked into our Agile process and helped us integrate the work they developed. Alex was extremely responsive and answered all the questions our team had.
