We asked 21Knots to do implement a three-part solution to implement a form, integrate form data into a custom object in Sales Cloud with link-tracking from Pardot, and push data via API into Airtable so our team could manage workflow reviewing several hundred form entries annually. The team at 21Knots combined creativity and deep knowledge of Salesforce to give us the features and functionality we needed, as well as the integration pathways with non-Salesforce product. 21Knots was patient and professional in refining our scope and relentless in delivering on spec and on time. I'd recommend telling 21Knots your "dream functionality" during scoping and seeing how close they can get - this worked well for us. As a result of the successful implementation from 21Knots, we are collecting more information from our community, tracking important new data related to contacts in our existing Sales Cloud implementation, and improving communication with our stakeholders (via automation and the enhanced library of knowledge). As a mission-oriented organization, this means we can design and report new KPI’s to our members and funders.
