PROCESS FLOW AND CLASSIC APPROVAL REQUESTS Work seamlessly with both Flow and Classic approval processes. The app detects the type and allows users to approve, reject, reassign, or recall requests, regardless of the approval process type.
MASS SUBMIT RECORDS FOR APPROVAL As a submitter, save time with the ability to mass submit records for approval. With a "Submit for Approval" button on the list view or related list of any standard or custom object, you mass submit in just a few clicks.
MASS APPROVE, REJECT, REASSIGN, RECALL On desktop, select multiple approval requests, optionally provide any comments, and approve, reject, or reassign the items all in one go. On mobile, easily approve or reject with intuitive swipe functionality.
CUSTOMIZE APPROVAL LIST VIEWS Create your own custom approval list views. Select approval and related record fields, and order columns to your needs. Administrators can configure advanced, shared views for all users or specific user groups.
VIEW RELATED RECORD DETAILS In your list view, combine approval request fields with fields from the related object. Lookup fields show record details and related data in a popover. Make informed decisions, by having all relevant information at hand.
FILTER AND SORT APPROVAL REQUESTS Quickly find specific requests to mass process, by filtering and sorting on approval request fields or related object fields. Filter on requests assigned to you, your queues, those delegated, or assigned to other users.
CHECK SUMMARIZED INFORMATION Before mass approving requests, open the summary panel to check the sum, average, median, and min and max values of your selected requests. This step helps to make your approval decisions with full confidence.
EXTEND APPROVALS TO EXPERIENCE CLOUD Enable customers and partners to manage approval requests within your Experience Cloud site. Users can view, filter, and mass approve or reject requests, with full respect for sharing rules and visibility settings.
ACCESS APPROVALS WHEREVER YOU WORK Manage approval requests from the dedicated approval page, home page, Lightning record pages, or the Salesforce mobile app. Approvers and submitters can take action wherever it fits best in their daily workflow.
