  • PROCESS FLOW AND CLASSIC APPROVAL REQUESTS Work seamlessly with both Flow and Classic approval processes. The app detects the type and allows users to approve, reject, reassign, or recall requests, regardless of the approval process type.

  • MASS SUBMIT RECORDS FOR APPROVAL As a submitter, save time with the ability to mass submit records for approval. With a "Submit for Approval" button on the list view or related list of any standard or custom object, you mass submit in just a few clicks.

  • MASS APPROVE, REJECT, REASSIGN, RECALL On desktop, select multiple approval requests, optionally provide any comments, and approve, reject, or reassign the items all in one go. On mobile, easily approve or reject with intuitive swipe functionality.

  • CUSTOMIZE APPROVAL LIST VIEWS Create your own custom approval list views. Select approval and related record fields, and order columns to your needs. Administrators can configure advanced, shared views for all users or specific user groups.
