This is a godsend
Finally, a free app that does what Salesforce claimed was impossible: let us subscribe to more than five reports, with conditions. This is essential for our quality assurance workflows, as it lets us generate alerts ONLY when something violates our business process requirements. THANK YOU!

Hi Ted, not sure if you can help me. I installed this in my dev sandbox - I'm noticing that I don't see previous reports I am subscribed to, only the ones I subscribe to through this app. And in the monitoring tab, I don't see anything for other users (for example, if I subscribe myself and another person to a report). Filtering by name does not bring up the other user that I know is subscribed. Are you getting the same?
