Change Healthcare's Eligibility and Benefits Verification app is a turn-key integration for use with Health Cloud. This app enables seamless real-time benefits verification directly with the patient's insurance carrier. The payer will return coverage information, including deductibles, co-payments, co-insurances, and out-of-pocket limitations as well as accumulators for the current status of the patient's benefits. Change Healthcare sits at the center of the US healthcare system by facilitating communication between providers and payers. Providers need to talk to thousands of different insurance carriers, and Change Healthcare allows a single connection to send benefits verification requests and healthcare claims to any of our 2,400+ payer connections.
