Jason & Tim from BoldRamp did an excellent job building us a custom preference center. We had a very prodcutive kickoff call where I described the scope of the project, current pain points, and business needs. After providing them admin acess to our SFMC build, they made sure to create a cloud page and required data extensions while not interfering with the existing configuration. Each preference has been configured to allow users to opt in and out of different types of email communication. After a testing the new system, we hopped on a call to do a final walkthrough, refined the final architecure, went live, and we have had no issues with the configuration to date. Jason and Tim have been great partners and I'm planning to work with them again on future projects.

We were new to marketing cloud and needed some help figuring out how to simply send emails.
