Blue Ocean is meeting our needs and we're overall happy with the engagement. What we didn't realize prior to diving in was how difficult learning the SF software platform was, quite a learning curve for those that have never used it. The UX is not intuitive. Something that could've been more helpful in our ramping was to sharpen up some use-cases for our line of business (medical). A lot of the terminology and examples used were generic and felt more tailored towards large business trying to win big accounts, vs our business that is very transactional (many new potential patients/leads flowing in daily and many conversions happening daily). Also, one of the partner's team members left mid way through and that felt like a stutter-step. Overall Brian has been amazing, he's prompt and clearly explains our questions many times through video tutorials which is very helpful. My understanding before we started was that there was going to be more handholding as we transitioned. They definitely helped in getting the backend stuff created but the remainder is more of a you figure it out, and if you have questions along the way, they are there to answer. So happy to have Brian as our guide, he's great at locating options/solutions for our questions and dedicated to our business' success and SF launch.
