Payology Mobile Check Scan Solution
We've implemented Check21 Payology Mobile Check Scan on iPads via Blackthorn for our field agents with premium collections since September 2020 and it has tremendously improved efficiency and productivity of our agents and administrators, checks and money orders have been electronically processed and deposited on the same day, returns and adjustments have been updated back into Salesforce, allowing us to generate payment reversals for downstream systems. The entire scan flow is seamless between Salesforce and Check21, UI and UX is easy and smooth, integration between SF and Check21 is timely. The Check21 Payology implementation team is great to partner with. They are flexible, prompt and accurate with their delivery, their customized solution is solid and we encountered no errors since the implementation. The post production support has been excellent and proactive, they have been very prompt on identifying and alerting issues, including potential fraudulent items. We're currently working with the same implementation team on a follow-on project and I look forward to another successful delivery from Check21!
