The Mirum team is good, with strong capabilities in product knowledge and deployment. They were able to understand requirements and needs, and were able to implement accordingly. They have been up-front and transparent in issues and problems, both from their side and ours that has allowed for early recognition and resolution. Their approach has been flexible and solution-centric. The only area where I would rate a 'very good' instead of 'excellent' has been around personnel attrition / stability - while unavoidable due to specific situations, should not become an ongoing trend. Would definitely recommend Mirum as an execution partner.
