TERRIBLE. SCAM. DO NOT USE!!!!

I was contacted by e-mail solicitation for this company. It sounded good. They kept following up with me forever and then I finally decided to go with them. I signed the contract. I paid all the money that they wanted. And then they couldn't figure out how to get their own app installed in my Salesforce. Which was my first hint that they didn't know what they were doing. Then we went back and forth, became a waste of my time. I asked for my money back and they have completely ghosted me. I spoke with the head of the company who emailed me as well because they couldn't understand the idea that even though I followed all the directions properly, they never could get their app installed. So if they can't get their app installed, I want my money back. I'm glad I didn't. Cancel my other texting company that I have. Do not use this company under any circumstance. They will give you a discount if you write a good review for them. Let's see if I can get my money refunded with a bad review.

Easy to use, good customer support

We've used other SMS tools in the past including one that marketed itself as fully integrated with Salesforce, but this is the first tool that we felt lived up to "native integration". We haven't had any major issues using it and any bumps we encounter are typically set up issue on our end. We reach out to support and get quick responses and fixes. Price is reasonable. One area of opportunity may be in supporting SMS via the Salesforce mobile app. We haven't been able to get that to work but it hasn't been a deal breaker for us.
