The data we leverage from CWSS is integrated into the Salesforce Work.com Workplace Command Center resulting in insights regarding an employee’s return-to-work readiness. It aids in assessing an employee’s wellness and streamlines shift management with automated messaging based on critical health related incidents. Further, Work.com contact tracing is leveraged to manually track health related interactions to ensure safety and security as we get employees back to work while continuing to minimize the spread of COVID19. The connected workforce is IOT enabled enterprise wide, hardware & platform agnostic solution. This solution leverage the real-time location system (RTLS) , Vision and AR & VR technology to enable the various use cases in track & trace , employee safety & productivity improvement.
