We contracted with an offshore vendor to complete a complex task cadence process used to manage one of the legal processes in the firm. That engagement ended when the vendor could not demonstrate a working product after five functional demonstrations. We turned the job over to Hike2 to evaluate the original design and course correct the project. The project was already past it planned delivery schedule and consequently, a big part of the work was a compressed aggressive schedule to finish the project. The project was in Sales Cloud and involved multiple record, screen and scheduled flows, management of tasks and event. The initial job involved reviewing the code work and apex code from the first vendor. The data dictionary work was savable, however, the flows and Apex were more work to fix than just rewrite. We provide detailed design documents, the same documents provided the first vendor, and Hike2 was able to meet those design requirements on time and working, exactly as planned right up to the delivery date. One of the highlights of the job was passing the User Acceptance Test the first time. It was a challenging test. The well-written test script was 90 minutes long and executed with no exceptions. Clearly, Hike2 put the effort into both drafting the test script and verifying the product was ready for the test. It was hard not to be impressed by the level of effort it took to accomplish this task. This project received multiple small updates as the team adopted the product and Hike2 quickly adapted the project to meet those needs. Overall, very satisfied with the Hike2 team.
