See which users are viewing or editing a Salesforce record in real-time and from the list view or record detail page. Report on users who have historically viewed or edited a record through our custom reportable object: Activity Stream Events.
Highlights
Stream who is viewing or idling on any Salesforce record in real time. Record these view attempts for historical reporting through Activity Stream Events. When a user begins to idle on a record, alert them with an orange glow on the idle tab.
Record two treasured metrics: active time (time spent with a tab in view) and handle time (total time a tab was kept open) regardless of how the record was routed to you (does not need to be omnichannel) and irrespective of tab or status-based capacity.
