File ZIPO is a 100% Native Salesforce application to perform actions on Files / Attachments / Documents. It works on files from all types of Standard & Custom Objects. Major Features: 1. Sync FileZIPO can automatically sync files / attachments / documents from Salesforce to External Cloud without storing actual file in Salesforce. File will be stored on External Cloud Platform and its reference would be stored in salesforce. 2. Mass Download or ZIP Filter your Files by Name, Date, OR user & Mass Download them at once in single or multiple folders. 3. SAVE / Backup User can (Save or Backup) files / attachments from Salesforce to External Cloud Platforms like Amazon S3, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Onedrive etc and vice-versa. 4. File Archive User can perform Bulk File Archive of Legacy or Historical Files/Attachments in External Cloud Platform like Google Drive and can store the reference links in Salesforce. 5. MERGE - User can merge multiples files or attachments into single PDF of multiple records - User can merge multiples files or attachments into single PDF of Single record as well
