Reliable DocGen with Outstanding Support
XFiles Pro DocGen has been a part of our Salesforce org for a few years. Setting up templates and configuration was a process, but that is expected with any similar solution. Once it was in place, it has run cleanly with no surprises, no recurring problems. The support team has also been a real strength. When questions come up, they are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and engaged with the actual problem until it's sorted. If you want a DocGen tool that holds up over time and a team that's there when you need them, this one is worth a look.

Good solution for custom document creation
We had evolving business requirements for this product, including complex conditional logic, and the implementation team was very reactive in getting a full understanding of the requirements and finding a way to put them in place. There were a couple of issues to work through in the development process but everything has run smoothly once development was finalized and put in place in our production org.
XFiles Pro Delivers again with their Document Generation offering and the Support is Amazing!
Having already implemented XFiles Pro Document Management we have now gone live with Document Generation (DocGen). It is working so well in our Salesforce instance and we have already had lots of positive feedback from colleagues. DocGen is easy to set-up and templates are simple to create. The XFiles Pro Implementation Team have been amazing, we could not have asked for a better experience. We look forward to working with XFiles Pro for many years to come!
