Great Product, Great Support

Simple PDF Premium is a great tool with pretty amazing flexibility. It's the only one out there with a great price point, all your data stays inside your Salesforce org, the templates are very customizable and don't require any code, and it works really well with flows. The team has also been super helpful with troubleshooting and support and I can't recommend them enough.

Wonderful tool

Having used simplePDF premium for a while now I can say working with this tool becomes better and better. There are quite some levers that can be pulled, so take the time to get to know all the options available, but it's a strong tool with (as far as I can see) limitless possibilities. Great value for money (create as many PDF's as you like) and a very responsive and knowledgeable support team. Well done simplePDF team!

Excellent tool BUT!!

HI, I think is the best PDF generator tool for salesforce. However, I could generate PDF fro almost anyobject (Standard/Custom) except for the "ApplicationRecommendation" standard object for Education Cloud. Would Have loved to be able to add it for this object since it was our customer requirements. Is there any possibility to add it for this object?

We are building PDFs that we had long delayed because we expected large cost and time estimates from our IT team. SimplePDF Premium is bringing the PDF build into the domain of our Admin team at lower cost with greater agility and closer proximity to the speed of business. This product is saving us over $20k a year on maintaining just one visualforce PDF, in addition to the revenue add from all the PDFs we are creating. RE: LYS - Every interaction with the LYS team has been fast, simple, and effective. We have great comfort with using a LYS product and will not hesitate to reach out with ideas, bugs, or questions. As an example, they moved a release forward to the public a few weeks early when we highlighted a bug they were already fixing.

Excellent experience and functionality

The tool is excellent, straight forward and very easy to use! The support we got from the developers was outstanding! The embedded editor is definitely a highlight as is the bulk PDF generation within Flow. Not only that it resolved a current issue we had, it will simplify the solution for a bigger project we've had in the backlog for a while.
