Salesforce is the leading CRM on the market and everyone knows it. It's a beast. Did you know Salesforce is also a dominant player in the ATS marketplace? It is the second most popular platform for staffing firms in the United States. Why is it so dominant? Because it has nearly unlimited ability to support unique recruiting workflows and processes. Your unique brand doesn't get slammed into a preconceived, bland, homogeneous process. Makes me shudder just thinking about it. BUT DOES SALESFORCE PARSE RESUMES? In one word... No. You can upload resumes to Files, but you need to manually create the Contact. Then, when you go to search for skills in the resume, you bring back a list of files rather than people (contacts). Now you need to go find the related contact record. Ugh. It doesn't work very well. If you have tried you know what we mean. This is why we built Parsli. Parsli allows you to parse in resumes, search them with native Salesforce search, and view resumes in Salesforce without extra clicks.
