I'm a huge fan of Truly - I first used them in ~2015 at Managed by Q across around a 150 person company, replacing NewVoiceMedia. We fell in love with the tool very quickly and were super satisfied for the many years we used it before Q was bought by WeWork. Since then, I've worked as a consultant and recommended Truly to many of my clients. They've all been incredibly happy with it as well, always great when a vendor can make you look good to your clients. This new package is basically the newest hotness - features that feel like magic. Automatically creating Contacts, transcribing calls and sentiment, tagging competitive references, knowing if meetings started on time or if prospects were no-shows, etc are all like blow-your-mind kind of automation. Then on top of all this awesome new automated metadata, they have a ton of salesforce dashboards with in-depth analysis you can either use as-is, or repurpose or plug into other dashboards you use.
