This functionality had been partially developed by a prior system integrator and modified by another partner, but remained incomplete and inconsistent. Melonleaf brought strong technical expertise and a clear understanding of Commerce Cloud to refine the existing solution, ensuring that orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses now correctly trigger a quoting workflow. They also improved overall order flow and implemented user-friendly pop-up notifications that previous partners had been unable to deliver.
