The Sansotti team did an amazing job working with our company on transitioning our Salesforce into lightning. From the start, they worked with our CRM Ops team to determine an accurate timeline, then helped our resources establish a working priority and release steps based off their knowledge of Lightning transitions, and finally worked within our sprint cycles and framework to deliver our new Salesforce Lightning setup. They handled all of our custom integrations, APEX, VisualForce upgrades, and new Lightning Web Components while helping educate and guide our core CRM Ops team to be self-managing within Lightning and with the new Lightning framework elements.

The team at Sansotti have done a fantastic job coming into our organization and providing guidance and direction when internal Salesforce leadership was absent. With this project, Sansotti helped a single department launch Lightning with such success that now all other departments are following suit and asking for the same assistance. The Sansotti team did a great job helping us build Lightning Visual Components for an Employee/Project Time Tracker process in our Salesforce. We were able to use our internal resources to build the custom objects, fields, and workflow rules and then easily transition to Sansotti resources to do the complicated development and UI designs that our internal resources could not create. Their ability to pickup on the project already in-flight and deliver the final outcome was amazing!
