Following are some of the key operational improvements/ benefits that Sam has delivered, - Automation of the validation and allocation journey of our customers orders where 100% of our customer orders had to go through a manual validation before allocating them out to the teams. This is now down to c45%, which also reduced our MTTP by c3 days (Mean Time to Provide). - Improvements in operational processes to help automate work orders to book install/ survey appointments - has reduced our teams AHT and manual errors on our work orders. - User experience improvements in Lightning has massively helped our teams to migrate from old Classic platform in a seamless way. This required a lot of patience and continuous engagement with our ops SME's.
