Our integration allows you to deliver faxes directly to Salesforce Health Cloud with no user interaction to remove cumbersome manual upload processes. Alternatively, you can leverage Concord’s document workflow portal for initial triage and review before pushing the fax to Health Cloud. This option provides users the opportunity to confirm the fax should go to Health Cloud and perform actions like splitting, merging, rotating, signing, and annotating the fax. Metadata extracted via Concord's machine learning algorithms or manually entered via the portal is passed along with the fax and mapped to Salesforce fields. No need to worry about fax servers or telephony management; Concord's team takes care of the scalability, redundancy, and security aspects of managing the cloud fax platform.
